Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support to students in a dynamic educational setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating speech-language disorders, managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering comprehensive speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat speech-language disorders in students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Manage IEPs for students, ensuring that their unique needs are met and their progress is tracked.
  • Deliver comprehensive speech therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to support students' communication and language development.
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans for students.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology, attending professional development opportunities and staying current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience working with students with speech-language disorders, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, educators, and other professionals.
