Job Overview

Noble Anesthesia Partners is in search of a dedicated and meticulous Equipment Distribution Specialist to enhance our Texas Office-Based Anesthesia (OBA) operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of equipment and supply deliveries at various client locations. Ensure that all equipment is returned to the central facility, thoroughly cleaned, and properly restocked.
  • Equipment Upkeep: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and sanitation of equipment. Proactively resolve any issues encountered during setup or operation.
  • Inventory Oversight: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are replenished and within their usable dates. Log inventory transactions in our electronic management system (ENVI) promptly.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment setups, maintenance activities, and any incidents. Relay inventory requirements to internal teams as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Prior experience in logistics within a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adhere to detailed instructions.
  • Experience driving a cargo van and the capability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard office hours, Monday through Friday, with no evening, Sunday, or holiday shifts required.
  • Willingness to travel to various client locations is essential.
