Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our Thin Films manufacturing team at FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in Mesa, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare new and returnable containers for filling, including labeling, pressure testing, and pumping out heels.
  • Fulfill and package containers.
  • Sample and particle count product.
  • Charge and monitor distillations.
  • Obtain forklift certification and perform material handling operations as assigned.
  • Document containers processed as required by standard operating procedure.
  • Operate manual and automated equipment in support of job functions.
  • Maintain job-associated certifications and tasks above the basic level.
  • Assist with operational, quality, and safety reviews.
  • Maintain a constant state of alertness and work in a safe manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-1 years' manufacturing experience in a related industry.
  • Experience in operating a forklift and other manufacturing tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to be fitted for and wear a respirator.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills a plus.
  • Demonstrated abilities to work independently and as a team.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have a valid Arizona drivers' license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work varied shifts to include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends.
