We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Mr. Appliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with customers, and collecting payments.
  • Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
  • Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
  • Effectively communicate with the office.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus.
