About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Application Developer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our product delivery team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing the user-facing aspect of digital platforms.

Responsibilities will include creating engaging and interactive user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience, requiring a foundational understanding of front-end app development, programming languages, tools, and delivery models.

You will work collaboratively with technical stakeholders such as Applications Development Engineering (Back-End) and non-technical stakeholders such as product managers, scrum masters, business analysts, and end-users to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

Strong business and communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as possessing an understanding of how to configure platforms to achieve company goals.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React framework)
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
  • Experience utilizing design systems
  • Front-End Coding Languages, Front-End Development Tools
  • Web Services & APIs
  • Systems Integration
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Software Testing & Quality Assurance Methodologies & Tools
  • Cloud experience (Azure)
