POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Physical Therapist will play a vital role in delivering superior patient care within a clinical environment. This position involves collaborating with individuals of various age groups to enhance their mobility, alleviate discomfort, and improve their overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, along with outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess patients' medical histories and conduct physical evaluations to identify their conditions and requirements.
- Create tailored treatment plans that align with patients' objectives, medical backgrounds, and physical capabilities.
- Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy methods, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
- Track and document patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for at-home exercises and self-care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to synchronize patient care and ensure optimal results.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in physical therapy methodologies and treatments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to evaluate patients' needs and formulate suitable treatment plans.
- Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic equipment and modalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in various locations as required.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
