About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HOATalent. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our managers and employees, assist with daily office needs, and manage our company's general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and employees
  • Assist with daily office tasks, including answering phones, updating unit files, and processing parking and pool applications
  • Prepare meeting packets and assist with community event preparations
  • Inspect units for violations and manage the violation process
  • Post required notices in buildings
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • 2+ Years experience in Association Management preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Action and results-oriented, enthusiastic
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
