We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Medical Center Network. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in all settings, collaborating with other interdisciplinary personnel as needed.
- Act as a patient advocate for the delivery of safe care, including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and coworkers, reflecting Kettering Health Network's mission, vision, values, and policies.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 12 months of RN experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
- Must be scheduled a minimum of 288 hours per calendar year.
- Minimum of 1 shift (12 hours) per 6-week schedule.
- Weekend shift requirement.
- 1 holiday per year.
