Shift Schedule: 3rd Shift - 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, maintenance, and repair of molding equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve machinery issues during shifts, assessing situations in relation to production to perform necessary repairs that enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Accountable for the upkeep of specific machinery within the department, including investigating and documenting machine-related problems.
  • Organize work processes to ensure timely completion of scheduled Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and address outstanding machinery concerns while optimizing machine performance.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and modifications needed to standardize machine setups.
  • Participate in shift handover meetings, ensuring effective communication of vital information to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Conduct inspections of molded parts, document process parameters, and make adjustments as dictated by the Quality Management System.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform related tasks as required or directed based on operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Graduation from a Vocational Technical School or equivalent military/trade experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • A score of at least sixty-five (65) on the Standard Timing Model.
