  • Identify opportunities for enhancement in staffing, financial management, and product quality.
  • Guarantee that product specifications are achieved with maximum yield.
  • Complete all necessary daily documentation.
  • Facilitate training and professional development for team members.
  • Establish objectives and benchmarks for production lines.
  • Ensure workplace safety and address any hazards immediately.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

This position includes supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Preferred

  • Background in poultry or food production industries.
