Product Strategist

Overview

BlueHalo is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to play a pivotal role in our directed energy and tracking program. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive our mission forward.

You'd Like to Do This

• Balance the business' capabilities and values with customer needs, defining the strategy behind and creation of products.
• Establish the long-term vision for the product that fulfills this strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product, its goals, its market, and the customer needs that it fulfills.
• Support product maturation through configuration management.
• Support production development and milestone management.
• Build and reinforce customer feedback loops.
• Envision and develop new product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements.
• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Develop sales forecasts and implement pricing schedules.

You're Required to Have This

• Active DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in a manufacturing or aerospace setting.
• Counter UAS industry experience is a plus.
