This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of EIT Services, owned by the Cloud and Infrastructure Services Department. The successful candidate will plan, develop, test, and document service offerings, leading multiple department projects from initiation to completion. Additionally, they will provide technical support for all OSU/A&M institutions and own any incidents from problem investigation to resolution, including training and knowledge management in the Service desk.
