Job Summary

As a Seasonal Business Tax Associate at Intuit, you will play a critical role in helping our customers complete their business tax returns using our TurboTax Business products. This is a virtual, customer-facing role that requires strong business tax preparation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance and tax advice to customers working on their business tax returns
- Prepare and file complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer
- Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals

Requirements

- 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season
- Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting
- Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
- Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
