We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Fred Hutch)
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality speech language pathology services.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of services provided
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- WA State DOH License in Speech Language Pathology
- At least 3 years of clinical experience including the management of complex head-neck oncology patients
- Demonstrates behaviors that are consistent with Fred Hutch's Mission and Values
- Lymphedema certification, training and/or experience
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Clinical fellowship year/fellowship training in head-neck oncology or other oncology specialty

Salary and LocationThe annual base salary range for this position is from $95,888.00 to $143,811.20, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Seattle, Washington, with opportunities to work with a diverse patient population.
