Salary Range: $78,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.

We are a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized care that empowers our clients to reach their full potential.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Leadership BCBA Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of ABA services at one of our centers, supervising and mentoring a team of behavior consultants and therapists.

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with behavior consultants to develop and implement effective treatment plans, prioritizing naturalistic ABA principles.
• Mentor and train new staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
• Conduct regular observations and feedback sessions to support staff development and improve clinical outcomes.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in active standing.
• At least three years of experience in providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Bachelor degree in a related field required. Master degree strongly preferred.
• Complete TB test and livescan clearance.
