Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes unique pay model with industry-leading compensation, paid time off, paid vacation and holidays, including your birthday, paid Continuing Education (CEU) time, credentialing, office space, and technology included with employment.
Job Description- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation, and collaborate with clients and the dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Candidates must have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Fully licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.) with a valid license in the state of South Carolina.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
