Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Partner to join our team at Evergreen Place Enhanced Assisted Living and Memory Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from activities, appointments, and errands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm transportation schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
  • Transport residents in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain company-owned vehicles to ensure they are in good working order

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
