At Geisinger Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Hematologist Oncologist to join our well-established cancer program at Pottsville Cancer Clinic in Pottsville, PA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented physician to develop their career and be part of a collaborative team working with surgical oncology, palliative medicine, radiation oncology, pathology, diagnostic radiology, and behavioral medicine to deliver quality cancer care to our patients.
Career Development
Geisinger offers a unique environment with the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, more than 50 graduate medical education programs, and hematology/oncology as well as palliative medicine fellowship programs. Our health system has been awarded NCI-NCORP designation and is committed to cancer clinical trial participation.
We provide a comprehensive range of educational opportunities for our physicians, including training the next generation of hematologists and oncologists while also offering collaboration within Geisinger and across organizations to benefit our patients and the scientific community.
Our patients contribute to the MyCode Community Health Initiative with >275,000 patient genomes sequenced for research and real-time clinical applications. We strive to provide innovative care and treatment options, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Requirements
To qualify, you must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and be licensed as a Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania.
