Soliant is seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with behavioral teams to assist students with behavioral plans and provide ABA Therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA Therapy services to students with behavioral complications
  • Work with behavioral teams to develop and implement behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address behavioral challenges
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working in schools and with children with behavioral complications
  • Experience working with ABA Therapy and behavioral plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
