We're seeking an experienced Human-Centric Security Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Lev Lesokhin - EVP Technology & Analytics at OutThink, shaping the direction of human-centric security in organizations and driving business growth and success.

  • As a Human-Centric Security Specialist, you'll spearhead evangelization initiatives, educating security leaders in enterprise organizations through webinars, Q&As, and facilitating rich dialogue and discussion on human-centric security and cyber human risk management.
  • You'll design consultative solutions by presenting tangible value to customers, guiding them on the journey to improved human-centric cybersecurity.
  • You'll represent OutThink as the eyes and ears of the company, ensuring the customer feedback loop is maintained through active dialogue with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • You'll support the Cyber HRM Forum, an industry group initiated by OutThink to develop the CHRM Framework and host roundtable discussions among individuals knowledgeable and passionate about human-centric security.
  • You'll contribute to scaling operations, systems, and processes, supporting company leadership with building pragmatic internal processes that support our stage of growth.

The ideal candidate will have over 15+ years of experience in the human-centric security space, with a strong educational foundation, ideally holding an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, communications, or relevant cybersecurity principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a background in being an effective team player.
