About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Autumn Care of Saluda. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as assigned.
  • Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
