Dietary Assistant

As a Dietary Assistant at Saluda Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of meals, preparing food consistent with our menu, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with residents, reading, writing, and following verbal instructions. Additionally, you will be expected to be neat, well-groomed, and punctual, with a strong interest in food service. You will work collaboratively with others to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

• Assist in the delivery of meals and prepare food consistent with the menu

This is a first-shift position, working from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, including weekends.
