Job Title: NDT Inspector

ProEnergy Services is seeking a highly skilled NDT Inspector to join our team. As an NDT Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services.

Job Summary

The NDT Inspector will be accountable for the quality, cost, and schedule of inspection operations for as-received, work-in-progress (WIP), and final inspections. This includes repaired and new make parts for both turbine engine parts and power generation package parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform dimensional inspection and visual testing (VT) to ensure quality and detect discontinuities.
  • Set up and calibrate NDT equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects.
  • Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
  • Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
  • Organize, record, report, and file NDT test results.
  • Perform other job tasks as assigned by supervision.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • One or more years performing NDT Inspector Level 1 work.
  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and use of strong working knowledge of common hand tools.
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • NDT Certification.
  • Educational background in NDT.
  • Technical understanding of NDT methods and procedures used in the Power and Aero Industries.
