- Performance Management: Develop and implement KPIs, and assist in establishing team metrics and performance measures to conduct periodic evaluative exercises of team performance.
- Education: Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience leading warehouse teams, with a commensurate combination of education and experience may substitute.
- Skills: Strong computer skills to manage and instruct on ERP and bar-coding and RF software, MS proficiency, and ability to effectively supervise an hourly workforce.
- Background: Previous experience overseeing inventory management and control, and demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement ideas to enhance warehouse operations.
- Ability to Work in Multiple Zones: Ability to work in multiple zones of the warehouse where temperature varies between 0-65 degrees.
- Long Periods of Standing: Long periods of standing, with the occasional need to walk and sit.
- Exposure to Moving Equipment: Exposure to moving equipment, noise, and dust.
- Ability to Lift: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
