Job Overview

BGIS is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Shoreline, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration equipment.
  • Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems to determine required repairs.
  • Inspect and perform equipment repair and replacements.
  • Respond to emergency service requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • Washington State 06A license issued by Washington or Oregon state.
  • At least 3-5 years of Commercial HVAC experience (Chiller experience beneficial).
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed with some travel required.
  • Physical Requirements: climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
