Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

At BGIS, we are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Shoreline, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance, demand service requests, repair services, and equipment changeouts at commercial locations in and around the state.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Respond to emergency service requests and repair or replace equipment as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative repairs.
  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as ice machines and refrigeration equipment.
  • Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems to determine required repairs and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • Washington State 06A license issued by Washington or Oregon state.
  • At least 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience, with a focus on chiller systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients to resolve issues.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in confined spaces.
