Job Description

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

We are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to assist us in this mission.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the direction of nursing services for the unit/hall, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This will include delegating duties to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, observing patients for symptoms and/or reactions, and implementing changes in orders as instructed by physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the direction of nursing services for the unit/hall
  • Delegate duties to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel
  • Observe patients for symptoms and/or reactions
  • Implement changes in orders as instructed by physicians

Requirements:

  • High school graduate
  • Licensed Practical Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Ability to provide quality nursing care to patients
  • CPR certified
