As a Physical Therapist at Northwell Health, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with disabilities, injuries, and/or diseases. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted treatment plans
Administer direct patient care in accordance with physician prescriptions and/or referrals
Maintain accurate and complete medical records for each patient
Participate in quality improvement chart reviews and activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination of education and experience
Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
1-3 years of relevant experience in physical therapy
