Job Title: Nocturnist APP (Advanced Practice Provider) - Hospital Medicine Unit

Location: Greater Boston Area

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join a leading Hospital Medicine Unit at a prestigious academic hospital. This unit is expanding its Nocturnist team and is looking to hire 3 APPs to work the 7pm-7am shift, covering all seven days of the week. These are newly created positions, and as such, there will be ongoing hiring for future openings. Weekend and holiday rotations are included as part of the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent care across all floors of the hospital during the overnight shift.
  • Manage inpatient cases with a strong focus on acute care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Handle a variety of complex medical cases and provide critical support during the night shift.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an APP.
  • ICU and/or Emergency Room experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior inpatient experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in an academic hospital setting is a plus but not required.
  • No new graduates; applicants must be comfortable working independently.
