About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician at Mindful Health Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our outpatient psychiatry group practice. Our team is dedicated to freeing patients from the burden of mental illness, and we are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly customer service and administer interventional mental health treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine therapy.
  • Contribute to administrative aspects of the practice, including scheduling, insurance verification, collections management, and patient check-in/check-out.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform TMS treatments following physician protocols and document sessions to optimize patient comfort and treatment efficacy.
  • Address and resolve issues related to patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup.
  • Scan medical documents and ensure the integrity of records in Electronic Medical Records software.
Requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a superior experience for prospective patients.
  • Excel in multitasking with meticulous attention to detail and consistently bring tasks to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, coupled with robust computer and data entry skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational abilities.
  • Foster excellent communication and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
  • Company-paid training and certification in TMS and Esketamine administration.
  • No weekends.
  • 7 paid holidays + 1 Float Holiday per year.
