Job Description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soliant, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Arlington, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with educators to integrate speech therapy into the educational curriculum.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Texas state licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CF.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. The estimated total compensation package is around $80,000 - $110,000 annually, including benefits.
