- Interdisciplinary Coordination and Monitoring: Collaborate with the healthcare team to integrate and monitor clients' care plans, providing ongoing progress updates and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Education and Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and certifications, and provide education and training to clients and healthcare staff as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited Dietetics program.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in clinical nutrition, with a focus on working with frail or elderly populations.
- License: Current registration to practice as a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration – Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and a New York State license as a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN).
- Competitive Salary: $40 - $45 per hour.
