Job Title: Co-Occurring Specialist/Substance Abuse SpecialistJob Summary:

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Co-Occurring Specialist/Substance Abuse Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide direct services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Assess history, current needs, and preferences of individuals served in the areas of mental health and substance use
  • Develop integrated individualized mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions
  • Work with individuals served and the team to secure and maintain permanent housing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice
  • CADC required
  • Minimum of 2 years paid, progressive work experience in co-occurring/integrated dual disorder treatment services or human service experience with strong knowledge of addictions
  • Experience as a person in recovery preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
