Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-functional team consisting of indirect reports to work with domestic and international customers on Raytheon products and partnered products with other defense organizations.
  • Manage contract execution, including scope of work, cost, performance, schedule, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement financial and contract deliverable requirements lists (CDRL) reporting.
  • Oversee government finished property (GFP) inventory management and field activity support.
  • Ensure compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements.
  • Conduct briefings and reporting to senior management and customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for long-term, affordable operational readiness support to exceed Warfighter needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience in sustainment, logistics, program management, project management, or engineering in a military or civilian environment.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or managing program cost, schedule, and performance.
  • S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a large diverse team while executing logistics, depot, and sustainment activities.
  • Demonstrated consistency, accountability, and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities.
