Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install new or relocated machinery, providing electrical supply and visually inspecting and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Dismantle defective machines and equipment, install new or repaired parts, and conduct preventative maintenance on a bi-weekly and annual basis.
  • Pipe Systems and Hydraulic Equipment: Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair gauges, values, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
  • Facility Maintenance: Repair and maintain the physical structure of our facility, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Tool Operation and Fabrication: Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts, and fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year experience in industrial maintenance or a related mechanically inclined field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Pipefitting, heating, and general mechanical skills, with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and perform repairs. Strong mental reasoning, common sense, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
