Position Title: Maintenance Worker

Location: Lake Limestone
Job Purpose
This role is essential for the upkeep and repair of grounds and facilities, contributing to the operational efficiency of the Brazos River Authority (BRA). Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, maintaining grounds, preserving road quality, and executing repairs on structures, buildings, and fences. The position also involves assisting with new construction initiatives on BRA property.
Additional duties encompass landscaping, mowing, tree trimming, pipe repairs and replacements, and providing general maintenance services as required. The individual may also serve as a backup operator for convenience stations and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Possession of a valid Texas Class C Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Preferred: Class B Driver's License.
Education:
- High School Diploma: Completion of secondary education is required.

Compensation
Starting salary ranges from $18.38 to $23.44 per hour. This position is classified as non-exempt.
