Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Current South Carolina nursing license.
- BLS (or obtained during orientation).
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC (or obtained within six months of employment), only in required specialties.
- Successful completion of CPI training during orientation.
