We are a fast-growing, clinician-owned company that truly cares and understands what home healthcare is all about. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of clinicians serving the Springfield residential area of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
  • Wound care and management
  • Medication administration and management
  • Catheter care and management
  • Diabetic care and education
  • Accurate and timely documentation
  • Providing education on disease management, follow-up on MD visits, and ordering supplies

Requirements:
  • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
  • MA Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
