Position Overview:

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in handling tax matters for Individuals, Corporations, S-Corporations, and Partnerships
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Tax Preparation
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks is advantageous
  • CPA designation preferred (EA will be considered)
  • Experience in Public Accounting
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills with clients and team members

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify necessary records and documentation for tax return preparation
  • Accurately input and finalize tax forms using our specialized tax software
  • Review tax returns prepared by others
  • Discuss tax returns with clients to ensure understanding
  • Address client inquiries and concerns
  • Provide tax planning strategies and savings opportunities
  • Work alongside financial advisors to deliver comprehensive solutions to client challenges
  • Oversee monthly bookkeeping activities
