Key Responsibilities of a Personal Care Assistant- Assist residents with bathing according to the scheduled shower timetable.
- Support daily dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene for assigned residents.
- Prepare residents for appointments and visits as directed by supervisory staff.
- Assist with toileting, hygiene, and skin care as needed.
- Facilitate resident mobility and transfers in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor residents exhibiting at-risk behaviors and report any changes in condition.
- Complete all required communication and documentation during shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas as assigned.
- Handle laundry tasks for residents and communal areas according to the schedule.
