Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Runner/Server Assistant to join our team at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of food items, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and serving stations, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining area and serving stations
  • Bussing dining room tables
  • Responding to guests' requests and informing management of any complaints
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of food items
  • Ensuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies
Requirements
  • Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning
  • Must possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English required
  • Food Handlers Card Required
