A challenging opportunity awaits for a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Amergis. As a Computed Tomography (CT) specialist, you will be responsible for operating complex imaging equipment and producing high-quality radiographs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing complex tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners and related equipment
  • Positioning patients for scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
  • Setting controls on related equipment, monitoring patient and equipment, and making adjustments as needed
  • Assisting radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast media when applicable
  • Evaluating CT scans for technical quality, collating processed images, and labeling them appropriately

Requirements for this role include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred
  • Valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
  • A.R.R.T. Certification if required by state regulations or contract specifications
  • Participation in Amergis' Competency program when applicable
