Responsibilities
As a Guest Relations Executive, your primary focus will be to foster relationships with our esteemed guests to enhance their gaming experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with valued guests, promoting our gaming offerings and amenities.
- Welcome guests in the gaming area and engage in social events and special promotions.
- Monitor guest visits, coordinate accommodations, and provide complimentary services in line with established protocols.
- Facilitate the issuance of Player's Club cards and promote associated programs and incentives.
- Drive gaming revenue growth by developing a targeted guest base.
- Maintain accurate guest history records for future visits, ensuring the confidentiality of customer rewards and credit lines.
- Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Offer personalized services, including food, beverages, transportation, and event coordination.
- Meet performance targets set by management related to room bookings, new card sign-ups, and events.
- Contribute to the development of promotional programs and marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about gaming machines, player tracking systems, and property events.
- Keep abreast of competitive offerings in the market.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of departmental and company records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience as a casino host and three years in casino marketing within Florida.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, a vibrant personality, and a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional communication skills, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Adherence to all Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service that encourages guest loyalty.
- Willingness to exceed expectations in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Capability to manage stressful situations effectively.
- Ability to make informed decisions regarding guest services based on tracked play.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Analytical skills and a customer service orientation are essential.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Understanding of Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures.
- Effective communication skills in English, particularly related to job duties.
- Basic mathematical skills for position responsibilities.
- Ability to navigate non-standard situations requiring independent judgment.
Work Environment:
- Ability to work in a smoking environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to move around the property and stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform limited bending and reaching.
- Primary duties will be conducted on the Casino Floor with regular public interaction.
