We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Kennestone Hospital. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, including hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and physical comfort measures.
- Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures, and perform basic patient care functions.
- Participate in hourly patient rounding and answer telephone and call lights promptly and professionally.
- Transport unit supplies, patient care supplies, medications, and equipment as assigned.
- Document patient care in the Electronic Medical Record and communicate patient care concerns/problems/emergencies to the RN or Charge Nurse in a timely manner.
- High School rising Senior in good standing or graduation from a State-approved program for Certified Nursing Assistants or Patient Care Tech Program.
- Clear verbal and written communication, specifically ability to document.
