Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting. As a CVICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Job Summary:

This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a CVICU RN, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state where you will be practicing
  • BLS certification
  • Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a CVICU setting
