Key Responsibilities- Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to students
- Assess placement tests and develop educational plans
- Guide students through basic skills, general education, and transfer coursework
- Implement an academic progress report and follow-up process
- Collaborate with the EOPS/CARE Supervisor and staff to support student success
- Masters degree in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, clinical psychology, or related field
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a community college setting
- Knowledge of student success and support programs
The salary range for this position is $88.75 per hour. The Yuba Community College District offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement benefits.
