Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Nurses to provide in-home or clinical patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will assess and document patient conditions, administer medication, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
