Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our hospice care team, you will provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families.

**Salary:** $44,983 - $66,794 per year

**Job Description**

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess the needs of each patient and develop individualized plans of care. Your expertise in nursing will enable you to anticipate changes in patient condition, prevent crises, and promote patient choice. You will also ensure continuity of care and enhance the quality of life for our patients and their loved ones.

**Requirements**

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current Washington state RN license
• 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric care
• Prior experience in hospice, home care, long-term care, medical-surgical, and oncology settings is an asset
