The DMC Receiving Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neurological/Stroke Specialty unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
- Graduation from a school of nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
