Job Title: In-Home Bilingual Therapist

The Village for Families & Children is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate In-Home Bilingual Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide in-home MST-EA clinical services to clients and families involved in the justice system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical services to emerging adults and their families in accordance with the MST-EA model.
  • Engage clients and families in comprehensive safety planning.
  • Complete clinical documentation on all active cases, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and MST-EA weekly paperwork.
  • Participate in weekly group supervision and consultation with assigned team.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with referring Probation Officers and community agencies.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited program in social work or related field, professional license in the state of Connecticut preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent services.
  • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking, is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, engage in statewide travel, and provide 24/7 on-call rotation coverage.
